Testing the solution

After coming up with the solution, we decided to do a little test to read how people react to it.

  • We numbered the stairs to see if people were able to get to the row.

  • During our primary  research, we observed that people had to count the stairs while climbing so to avoid it and ease it, we came up with the solution and the goal was achieved as we observed people didn’t have to count and finding the row became easier.

2. Adding 'Order food' option to the PVR Application

We added the feature to order food inside the theatre so that

  • the usual process including usher asking everyone if they want to order food in avoided

  • the app also avoids the hassle of scanning the QR which disturbs people siting nearby.
