Auto are a ubiquitous aspect of modern life, impacting everything from daily commuting to city planning and environmental sustainability. It presents a multifaceted challenge, encompassing issues like safety, trust and mistreatment. By delving into the intricacies of Autorikshaws, I intended to explore a wide range of user experiences, from frustrated commuters navigating through congested streets to urban planners striving to create more livable cities.

Secondary Research
•With a population of over 12 lakh and 15 lakh registered vehicles , Chandigarh has the highest density of vehicles per household in country leading to acute traffic problems.
•Over 2 lakh of vehicles moving on interstate route cross the city daily.
•Madhya Marg is considered as one of the most important road of Chandigarh , connecting PGI at one end to Panchkula on the other end.
•Nearly 50% of total traffic in Chandigarh is in transit and originates the city, says the latest finding of the RITES (Rail India Technical & Economic Service).
•Around 46% of this traffic arrives in Chandigarh daily to either reach a destination in the city or pass through it to reach other location in wider tricity area.
